Mar started her career in the Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira firm, in the fields of Tax, Commercial and Corporate practice.
In 2012, she joined the MonLex team and specialized in tax and business consulting for individuals, SMEs and large companies.
She focuses her practice on consulting non-residents with interests in Spain and residents with interests abroad. She has been involved in real estate and hotel purchase and sales operations, for both Spanish and foreign companies. Likewise, she also assists taxpayers in legal claims before the courts.
Mar also specializes in consulting family businesses, asset and corporate restructuring, succession and donation law.
